HALKA TŘEŠŇÁKOVÁ (1972)
actress, mover , studied with Ctibor Turba.
graduated from the Prague Music Academy of Arts (HAMU), faculty of non-verbal theatre and comedy.
She received a study grant to study Object Theater at the HdK Amsterdam and studied at Exchangé Schuola Dimitri “Clownschool” in Switzerland.
She took part in workshops with Peter Weitzner (D), Yves Marc (F), Rindy Eckert (USA).
Active member of Prague based theatre group UNIT- performances: Divnosti, Prostřeno k prasknutí, Život Fanta Zije and company member of Tri Neck 69 – performances: I Dressed Up and Ate and Cat/Ko-Cour.
She is a member of Berliner Location Theatre group Local Check. In 1997 she was awarded as the Talent of the Year in the Alfred Radok Prize.
Other theatre projects: Pěsti ve tmě veď mě!, Má Anima, Hanging Man (Ctibor Turba), Actor Solivagus.
She created performances I know who you are and On her sofa played on festiva 4days in motion in Prague.
She gives theatre/movement workshops in Czech Republic and abroad (usa, mex, jap). 2003–2008 member of the Prague theatre formation Secondhand women, creating performances with gender thematics.
